Bonnie Beth Bedell

Bonnie Beth is a Richmond native with a lifelong connection to the region’s most sought-after neighborhoods—from the rolling countryside of Manakin Sabot to the vibrant streets of the Fan. A graduate of Collegiate School and VCU, Bonnie has lived across the West End and city proper, giving her a unique perspective on the area’s diverse homes and lifestyles.

With a background in sales since age 17 and a passion for architecture that began with tearing pages from design magazines as a child, real estate was a natural calling. Today, she brings that early enthusiasm and years of local insight to every transaction—helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and a personal touch.

Bonnie now lives in the Near West End with her family and continues to explore every corner of RVA, pairing her deep roots with a modern, boutique approach to real estate.
